By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. Breaking any term can result in the commission being cancelled or a blacklist from my services
General Terms
Client Terms
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel commissions with a valid reason. If any transactions have been made then you will be eligible for a refund
The deadline provided must be reasonable, at a minimum of 2 days
I do not provide priority queue services, UNLESS it is an emergency and the game is scheduled for release soon. Extra payments can be discussed
I reserve the right to post my designs on social media, unless explicitly stated during the commission
Revisions are limited and can cost extra depending on the complexity
Please be respectful, rudeness will not be tolerated and will result in the commission being cancelled
Upon completing the full payment, you will receive a commercial license to use the logo. Before this, progress will be sent with watermarks
Usage Terms
You are not allowed to resell, advertise or redistribute my work as your own
Please DO NOT feed my work into AI
Feel free to use my work as a reference
Payment Terms
General Policies
I require at least 50% of the payment to start working, this is non-negotiable
However, these do not apply to the following:
If Roblox group-payouts are preferred and the group has over 20,000 members or is verified
If payment through percentage is preferred, however a contract must first be signed
Payment through game shares / percentages will depend on the quality, popularity or potential of the game
You must cover all taxes imposed, it is recommended to use the "Friends and Family" mode on PayPal
Refund Policies
No refunds will be offered unless an error has been made on my part
I will not cover any taxes imposed on a refund
